In South Hampstead, many residents are annoyed about NOT receiving correspondence on the mammoth development proposed for 194 Goldhurst Terrace. Some only found out from friends who constantly monitor Camden’s planning applications.
This massive development cannot be allowed to sneak through without your comments. With the enormous size, proposed basements, and, the bulk and density of the development proposed, great disruption is likely to occur to the underground streams. Light to neighbours and their gardens will be blocked and an intrusion to privacy will occur.
There may be 48 more persons coming to live on the site with only two parking spaces provided. Imagine the parking problems when emergency vehicles, delivery drivers, visitors and others show up. This is in addition to further parking permits being issued.
Whether you decide to object or not, please make your views known to Camden and do ask for an extension of time to comment if you know other neighbours haven’t.
