Cllrs Carol Shaw, Joel Davidosn and John Warren help St Hildas Close and Rosedene
Rosedene Bin Area
Following a meeting I had with residents to resolve various problems arising around the bin area in Rosedene, including fly tipping, overloading of bins and vandalism of cars parked in Rosedene it has agreed that Brent Council and Brent Housing Partnership WOULD discuss the possibility of providing more bins.
Possible CCTV
Brent Council will be consulting Rosedene and St Hilda 's Close residents with the view to organising CCTV.
I have asked our local Safer Neighbourhood Police to send a support letter in favour of this. He has replied ‘I am aware of the problems in St Hilda Close and could only support the residents in their request for CCTV. As you know the Close is tucked away of the beaten track and as such has the tendency to attract undesirables to the area. It would also help with the surrounding streets as the Close has been used for access by thieves as a cut through to Manor House Drive were a number of Burglaries have taken place recently. The installation of CCTV has my full support.’
Rosedene Boundary Fence
I also have managed to at last get the fence renewed and repaired around Rosedene and asked for the remaining planks to be removed.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if there are any outstanding queries
