100 AVE RD: APPEAL SUBMITTED BY ESSENTIAL LIVING
Please join us at our next street stall on Saturday, 7th February 2014 from 10.30-12.00pm outside 44 England's Lane, NW3 4UE.
We’ve just found out that an appeal was received by the Planning Inspectorate on 18/12/2014. They have emailed Camden today asking what the borough's preferred procedure would be for the appeal.
The appellant, Essential Living, has asked for a public inquiry (which is the ‘biggest’ of the 3 possible procdures). This is the option that Claire-Louise had asked Camden to request if the developer appealed, as it allows residents to participate most fully.
Once Camden receive a start letter from the inspectorate they will notify councillors, all those who were consulted under the application and all those who objected to the previous application.
We will keep you updated as we receive more information.
All the best,
Claire-Louise, Jonny and Leila
Our ‘surgeries’ offer residents the opportunity to drop by and speak to us about issues or concerns. We'll also be offering a 'roving' street surgery for residents in different parts of the ward, so call us if you'd like to arrange this!
