£7.75 million investment for South Kilburn
Hampstead and Kilburn Conservatives welcome the Government granting an award of £7.75 million from the Levelling Up Fund is helping to further regenerate a key area of South Kilburn.
The investment is:

supporting developments of the Enterprise Hub in The Granville building
- improving a range of community facilities
- providing new housing
Ros Dunn, Independent Chair of The South Kilburn Trust said:
This exciting project significantly improves the space available for the community and doubles the amount of affordable workspace. This will enable us, and the many committed stakeholders, to deliver social value for the community and support local enterprise in a way never before envisaged.
