Julian was elected last autumn as Chairman of the National Convention (the most senior body of the Conservative Party's voluntary wing).
He will be joining us to engage with us about the current state of the Party, the voluntary party in particular and how we get from where we are back into government.

Before hand we are delivering letters about Tulip. They will be in the Belsize and Hampstead Town area.
