Last month, Vice Chairman for Social Action Marc Nykolyszyn launched the Hampstead & Kilburn Social Action Project. This is an initiative to proudly embrace and represent the fantastic work our association/individual members support to create real change in our local area.
For our first Social Action project, we have teamed up with the Central and North East London RSPCA for their urgent appeal for donations to fund their animal rescue unit and build a brand new nursery to help rehome feral kittens and take them off the streets.
We’re appealing for any clothes, soft furnishings, bric-a-brac, jewellery, toys, games, household goods and unwanted gifts you don’t mind parting with as you go through your spring clean.
We will be collecting around the area on Sunday 10th June between 11am and 2pm so if you would like us to pick anything up please text your address to 07540 784440 or email it to [email protected] and simply leave donations outside on Sunday morning.
Can you give a cat or kitten a loving home?
