On Saturday 16th June, as part of our first Social Action project with the Central and North East London RSPCA, we will be visiting their central Animal Rescue unit to assist their staff and volunteers for the day.
In these difficult times, it usually goes unreported on how vulnerable animals can be while the number of animals abandoned increases dramatically. The strain that this increase puts on organisations like the RSPCA in the form of space, resources and funding is extreme.
The staff/volunteers who work within this branch do a fantastic job so this is a great opportunity to learn about the day to day running of the unit and assist with their demanding work.
If you would like to join the team for the day, please email Marc Nykolyszyn at [email protected]
